Lemon Chicken
I am an Ina virgin, this is the first recipe of Inas's that I have prepared. This was very good and easy to prepare. With cooking and prep it took an hour so I don't think it would work for after work. The only problem I had was the grocery store I bought everything at is small and didn't have boneless chicken breast with the skin on nor fresh thyme. I deboned the chicken breast myself (which took about 10-15 minutes). I have thyme growing in my herb garden, which is under 4 inches of snow, so I had to put on my hat, gloves, coat, boots, and dig the thyme out of the snow for this recipe. I will fix this again and would not change anything for this recipe. I served it with Ina's roasted butternut squash, rice, and bing cherries. - Kathy
Kathy (Ina virgin), Great job with the blog. You really made me chuckle with the coat and boots to dig out your thyme. I hope to have a post in the next couple of days. Nancy T
